These Terms & Conditions govern your use of WeCare Tena-Hub and related services operated by WeCare Integrated Health Network PLC ("WeCare", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Tena-Hub, you agree to these terms.

Tena-Hub provides AI-assisted health information, wellness coaching, reminders, and educational content. It does not replace professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

Clinical oversight is provided by WeCare. When appropriate, you may be directed to dial 9394 or seek in-person care.

You must provide a valid Ethiopian mobile number to register. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to register, or use the service under supervision of a parent or guardian where permitted by law.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

AI outputs are for informational purposes. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for medical decisions.

Activation through Ethio telecom or other carriers may be subject to carrier terms and charges. WeCare is not responsible for carrier billing disputes.

SMS or OTP messages required for authentication may incur standard message rates from your operator.

Your use of Tena-Hub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal and health-related information.

To the fullest extent permitted by Ethiopian law, WeCare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Tena-Hub.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate — always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
